Body Power for Women

Every Monday at 7pm – After work training and
Every Wednesday 10 am – The morning training

Women of all ages can increase their energy by practicing specific movements taken from different styles of contemporary dance fused together with yoga elements.
Classes will develop fitness, coordination and balance through exercise and dance.
